Nothing on the walls. Heat only the rooms you use. Slim white PowerBoard panels on the ceiling warm people and everything in the room directly, instead of heating the air first. Supplied and installed across the UK.
PoweRad infrared panels with Wi-Fi smart thermostats solve all of these challenges. Turn heating on from your phone as you set off, arrive to a warm property rather than a cold one. Set a 5°C frost protection temperature while empty. Check every room's temperature from anywhere in the world.
Unlike a wet central heating system, there's nothing to freeze, nothing to service, and nothing to go wrong between visits. Infrared panels have no moving parts and need no annual maintenance, install them once and they run reliably for a decade.
Watch our introduction to infrared heating, the technology behind every PoweRad holiday home installation.
Occasional-use properties have very specific requirements, infrared meets every one.
Control every room from your smartphone, from anywhere in the world. Turn on heating before you travel; check temperatures while away.
Set a 5°C minimum temperature while empty, protecting against frozen pipes for a fraction of the cost of running full heating.
Arrive to a property that's already up to temperature. PoweRad panels warm a room in 10 minutes, no long pre-heat periods needed.

Start heating from your phone as you set off, arrive to a warm property, not a cold one that takes hours to heat up.
Run at 5°C minimum while empty, protecting the property at a fraction of the cost of full heating.
Unlike a wet central heating system, there is no water in the heating panels to freeze during cold spells.
No boiler annual service, no antifreeze top-up. Infrared panels need only electricity to operate for a decade.
Simple per-room thermostats with fast warm-up give guests the control they expect in a modern holiday let.
PoweRad panels are backed by a 10-year warranty, reliable enough to leave unattended for months at a time.
See exactly how many panels your holiday home needs
Holiday homes range from small one-bedroom cottages to large multi-room properties. Here's how to approach the specification.
For properties rented as holiday lets, we configure 'guest mode' scheduling: full heating available during guest stays, automatic frost protection mode triggered when the property shows empty for 24 hours. Guests get simple, intuitive control; you get automatic energy management.
