PowerBoard infrared ceiling panels are the UK's only 230V integrated ceiling heating system. At 99.7% efficiency, there is no warm-up waste, no pipes to fail, and no standing charges to pay. The 250W panel integrates flush into the ceiling and is plastered over invisible. The 500W and 750W panels are surface-mount and suitable for any retrofit.
As a certified Loxone Silver Partner, PoweRad installs the Loxone Miniserver to tie your PowerBoard panels, solar, and battery together. The system detects occupancy, pauses heating when windows open, prioritises free solar electricity, and schedules battery charging at off-peak rates. You control and monitor everything from one app.
PowerBoard panels run on standard 230V mains, so they connect directly to your solar PV system with no special inverter. Solar generation peaks during the day, the same window when Loxone pre-heats your home. Add battery storage and off-peak tariff scheduling, and your grid electricity costs drop to a minimum.
Stop exporting cheap solar to the grid. PoweRad integrates a solar diverter with your hot water cylinder so surplus generation heats your water first. Loxone then schedules off-peak grid charging overnight. Your cylinder becomes a thermal battery that costs almost nothing to run.
