Sheets roll out and plug together, and the covering goes over the top. No wet trades, no screed cure holding the programme, no return visit to finish.
No cable spacing to get wrong
The film heats across its whole surface at a fixed output, so there is no cable run to space, measure or accidentally cross. Less skill risk on site, fewer cold-spot complaints after.
1.4mm means no height problems
Almost nothing added to floor level, so no trimming doors, no threshold ramps, no arguments with the flooring fitter. The usual retrofit blockers simply do not come up.
Fewer callbacks by design
Even surface output and a specified circuit design mean the floor performs the way the drawing says. The commissioning tests are defined, so a signed-off floor stays signed off.

The heating film is independently tested to BS EN 60335, the British safety standard for electric heating appliances, and is CE and UKCA marked.
Film, sealed T-pieces, a thermostat with a floor sensor, and a standard 220 to 240V supply. No transformer, no manifold, no pipes.
We do not sell rolls of film off a shelf, because a floor bought unsized is a floor that disappoints. Every supply job is specified first, and the specification is free.

Yes, supply only is most of what we do. We size the floor from your dimensions, specify the sheets, circuits and controls, and deliver the equipment with a layout your own floor layer and electrician work from. A Part P electrician makes the final connection, which is a UK legal requirement.

Yes, and we would rather you let us. Send the floor dimensions and the intended covering, and we return the sheet layout, circuit design and controls specification before anything ships. The heating film runs at 160 or 220 W/m² and any circuit is limited to 3,500W, so larger floors are split across circuits, which is specification work, not guesswork.
Yes, wet areas use a fully waterproofed, overmoulded version of the film with additional waterproofing applied during installation, and the thermostat must be IP54 rated and sited in a dry zone. Tell us the room is a wet area when you send the dimensions and we specify the right variant.
Every specified system includes thermostats, one per zone, with a floor sensor. Multi-room jobs get per-room control as standard, and for whole-property projects the system integrates with smart control platforms including Loxone for scheduling and zoning across the building.
Yes. Technical support is available from first fix through commissioning, including the insulation resistance testing the system requires before the floor covering goes down. You are not left alone with a pallet and a wiring diagram.
