The UK's exclusive supplier of the PowerBoard — the first 230V far-infrared heating system that installs flush into your ceiling void, with zero visible hardware.
All-electric infrared sidesteps the trade-offs. Each room gets its own ceiling panel sized to its heat loss, controlled by its own thermostat. There is no outdoor unit competing with the elevation, no plant cupboard eating into floorplate, and no buffer tank to commission. A separate hot-water solution (small ASHP cylinder, instant electric, or PV-diverter immersion) can be specified independently.
Combined with the fabric performance most modern UK new-builds already achieve, U-values around 0.16-0.18, airtightness around 3 m³/h.m², infrared delivers a comfortable, controllable home that meets and exceeds Part L without forcing the full wet-system + heat-pump capital outlay.

The capital, compliance, and complexity case for all-electric ceiling heating in new-builds.
No gas. No combustion. No flue. No 2025-onward retrofit risk if regs tighten further. Built compliant from day one.
Electricity's SAP10 carbon factor is lower than gas, so an all-electric infrared dwelling actually scores better on Part L emissions than a gas-combi alternative.
Daytime PV generation directly offsets heating demand, especially valuable in shoulder seasons when new-build heat loads are highest.

25-year lifespan
Save the gas-utility connection fee, the meter cabinet, and the internal gas run. On many sites this alone pays for the panels.
Strip out radiators, pipework, boiler, flue, cylinder, expansion vessel, condensate run. Simpler build sequence, fewer trades on site.
No gas-safe registration, no MCS heat-pump installer, no F-gas certificate. A standard electrician completes the heating install.
No 1st-fix plumbing for radiator pipework. No commissioning of a wet system. Heating is fitted at 2nd-fix electrical.
No annual service, no boiler replacement at 10-15 years, no F-gas inspection. Predictable bills for the homeowner.
Combined with PV, an infrared new-build typically lands on EPC A. Strong sales and lettings advantage.
