Will it work with the shutter open most of the day?

Yes, this is exactly what radiant heating is designed for. Because PowerBoard heats people and surfaces directly rather than air, opening the shutter does not lose the comfort the way it does with a warm-air system.

Can panels be mounted above lathes, mills and CNC machinery?

Yes, with the correct height clearance for the machine and operator stance. Designs include a mounting layout that respects machine envelopes, gantry travel, lighting positions and fire detection.

Is it safe in dusty environments like joinery or sanding bays?

Yes. PowerBoard panels are sealed, IP-rated for the relevant zones, and have no moving parts or fans to draw in dust. They are well-suited to dusty trades.

Is there an option to heat a paint spray booth?

No. Spray booths require ATEX-rated equipment and dedicated booth heaters. PowerBoard is not suitable inside a spray booth, but it is widely used in the surrounding workshop and finishing/drying areas.
